Languages that build bridges
The project grows from the union of several languages, mainly Brazilian Portuguese and French. Portuguese brings a warm, organic and luminous cadence, tied to bossa nova, the body, calm, and a gentler way of living time.
French adds a delicate, elegant and melodic musicality, perfect for carrying beauty, tenderness and depth without losing lightness.
Listening is also feeling
Other languages appear in some songs too, because OUISISIM does not want to belong to only one place. It wants to feel like a bridge: between cultures, emotions, landscapes and different ways of saying the same thing.
Life, hope, self-love, calm and joy can all have many accents.
What enters the inside
OUISISIM's intention is to create songs that emotionally accompany the listener. Songs that do not come from noise, but from a more conscious perspective.
We often think that only what we consciously pay attention to affects us. But an important part of our emotional life happens in deeper layers: memories, associations, sensations, images, phrases, sounds.
Beauty without artifice
OUISISIM does not try to impose artificial happiness. It does not deny problems or pretend everything is perfect. Its proposal is more human: to plant beautiful words, soft rhythms and luminous messages into daily life.
At the heart of it, OUISISIM exists to remind us that music can also be a place of care. Because listening is also nourishment.
Planting beauty in what we feel can also be a way to heal.
